A full-stack PlayStation-inspired eCommerce platform with product management, user interaction, and content-driven features.
This project is a PlayStation-inspired eCommerce web application built to simulate a real-world online shopping and content platform. Users can sign in to browse and purchase PlayStation products, including games, accessories, and consoles, through a modern and responsive interface. In addition, both registered users and guests can explore the latest news, updates, and services from the PlayStation ecosystem, creating an engaging experience beyond traditional eCommerce functionality.
The application also includes interactive content features, allowing signed-in users to comment on news articles and participate in discussions within the platform. This adds a social layer to the application, encouraging user engagement while maintaining a clean and intuitive user experience. The front end was developed using React and Redux for state management, with Material-UI and CSS3 to deliver a polished and consistent design across devices.
On the administrative side, the platform features a comprehensive Admin Panel that enables users with admin privileges to manage products and categories, process and monitor orders, upload and edit news articles, and read messages submitted by users. The backend is built with Node.js and Express, providing RESTful APIs connected to a MongoDB database for efficient data handling. This project demonstrates my ability to build scalable full-stack applications that combine eCommerce, content management, and user interaction in a single cohesive system.
